The New York Knicks will be down a huge piece once again for Sunday’s Game 4 vs. the Indiana Pacers.
According to SNY’s Ian Begley, the Knicks are listing OG Anunoby as out for tomorrow’s Eastern Conference Semifinal with the left hamstring strain that kept him out of Game 3 as well.
Anunoby suffered the injury in the third quarter of New York’s Game 2 victory while attempting to convert a layup.
He’s not the only Knick that’s been banged up either. Star point guard Jalen Brunson had also been dealing with a foot issue but battled through and was not listed on today’s injury report.
OG has been a huge addition since arriving in the Big Apple with his length and two-way play. He poured in a playoff career-high 28 points before leaving Wednesday night’s win.
As for the Pacers, Tyrese Haliburton is again being listed as questionable while he pushes through ankle and back injuries. Haliburton is the head of the snake for Indiana’s offense so any times he may miss would be a big deal for Indiana and its chance of advancing.
Tip-off between the Knicks and Pacers is scheduled for 3:30 PM ET from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The game will be broadcast on ABC.
