Towns & Bridges debut at MSG.
Tonight the New York Knicks (1-0) will play their second preseason tilt, hosting the Washington Wizards (0-1).
Jordan Poole and the Zards should muddle mightily through the 2024-25 season. Predictions are for a win total around 20-24 and a last place finish in the Eastern Conference, unless the Nets beat them there. The team is focused on rebuilding, developing young talent like rookie Alex Sarr (drafted second this summer), and possibly offloading veterans for more draft picks.
In their first preseason game, New York snuck past Charlotte thanks to competent bench play and free-throw chokes by ex-Knick Duane Washington, Jr. Game two presents our first opportunity to see Karl-Anthony Towns and Mikal Bridges representing the Knicks at Madison Square Garden. The place should be rocking!
Tip-off is 7:30 pm EST on MSG and NBA League Pass. This is your game thread. This is Bullets Forever. Please don’t post large photos, GIFs, or links to illegal streams in the thread. Treat each other respectfully. And go Knicks!
