Brooklyn Nets guard Dennis Schroder and Germany were not able to make it to the gold medal round after winning the gold medal in the 2023 FIBA World Cup last summer. Germany is coming off of a disappointing 73-69 loss to San Antonio Spurs center Victor Wembanyama and France on Thursday and despite coming back from a double-digit deficit, Schroder and company was unable to complete the comeback and make it to the final round to face the United States.
