The Brooklyn Nets have expressed no interest in trading Mikal Bridges, sources tell Fred Katz of The Athletic.
The Nets have received considerable trade interest in Bridges dating back to when he was first acquired in 2023 as part of the Kevin Durant trade. The Memphis Grizzlies and Houston Rockets have been two teams most strongly linked with Bridges, while the Knicks are also a natural fit due to his Villanova connections and their need for a small forward.
The Nets view Bridges as a costar to be paired with another star they can acquire at a later date.
Bridges cannot become a free agent until 2026 and is represented by Jordan Gertler and Sam Goldfeder.
