The Red Storm play their third and final game in The Bahamas, taking on the Georgia Bulldogs
The No. 22 St. John’s men’s basketball team looks to finish their trip to the Bahamas with one more win, as they take on the Georgia Bulldogs on Sunday morning.
The Red Storm are coming off a commanding 80-55 win over Virginia in the Baha Mar Bahamas Championship third-place consolation game on Friday night. R.J. Luis (18 points), Kadary Richmond (12 points), and Deivon Smith (10 points) each scored in double-figures.
Georgia is remaining at Imperial Arena at Atlantis Resort for their second game in as many days, hoping to not go winless against Big East opponents during their trip to The Bahamas. The Bulldogs fell to No. 15 Marquette on Saturday morning, 80-69, committing 18 turnovers and allowing the Golden Eagles to shoot 50 percent from the field and 40 percent from three (11-of-27).
KenPom currently ranks Georgia as the 62nd-best team in the nation, with the 57th-best adjusted offensive efficiency and the 81st-best adjusted defensive efficiency.
