Ranking The 14 Biggest Steals From 2024 NFL Draft | The 33rd Team
12. Tyrone Tracy, RB.
Tracy, a fifth-round rookie starter and the team’s rushing leader, is one of the few bright spots in the G-Men’s dismal season. He has 587 rushing yards to lead all NFL rookie backs, and his 5.1 yard average is impressive compared to Devin Singletary (4.1 yards per carry and 326 rushing yards), who was supposed to replace Saquon Barkley when he left for the Eagles in free agency.

Albert Breer revealed that while the Giants’ quarterback change saddened the players, there was a degree of frustration with Jones’s play.
“These are incredibly damning comments, and for the crowd that thinks this is about the release of Daniel Jones, I can say there was quite a bit of frustration with Jones from players and coaches before his release, with how hesitant he was to pull the trigger and for all the throws he missed,” Breer said.

Will Giants’ continued struggles against Eagles, Cowboys get Joe Schoen, Brian Daboll fired? | NJ.com
There are several reasons why Giants general manager Joe Schoen and coach Brian Daboll could get fired — perhaps even before the end of this season.
Beyond just the team’s 2-9 record (and six-game losing streak) — which follows last season’s 6-11 debacle — this regime has been horrific against the NFC East.
Russini’s what I’m hearing: Goff belief, Giant regrets and, maybe, the NFL’s first female GM | The Athletic
With both Jones and Barkley gone, Schoen has been spotted scouting quarterbacks like Shedeur Sanders at Colorado, signaling the Giants’ rebuild and search for long-term answers. It’s been said that Mara doesn’t want to fire Schoen or head coach Brian Daboll but there’s still a month of football left that could force the owner to make a move. The sticky part of this situation is Schoen and Daboll are seen as a tandem. The question remains: Would Mara be willing to fire one and keep the other, or do they both go if this continues to spin out of control?
Black Friday should come for Giants’ Joe Schoen, Brian Daboll | New York Daily News
The truth is that Thursday could be Daboll’s final game as the Giants’ head coach if America sees a repeat of Sunday’s 30-7 blowout home loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It could also seal Schoen’s fate.
Giants’ performance against Cowboys will be telling message to John Mara | New York Post
They have been bad for most of the past 12 years, but they were reduced to laughingstock status for the way they handled the Jones situation, the elevating of DeVito over Lock, the alarmingly inept showing against the Bucs to fall to 0-6 at MetLife Stadium and the immediate fallout from the blowout loss to a Bucs team that came in riding a four-game losing streak.
It is vitally important that Mara, the most powerful person in the building, sees something down the stretch that makes him think, “I want to move forward with this coach and this general manager.’’What has been on display for far too long makes it difficult to believe continuity is the way to go.
