A member of the New York Giants O-line is calling out Caitlin Clark’s Indiana Fever teammates.
After the No. 1 pick was sent to the floor by another hard foul on Saturday, Jermaine Eluemunor had this to say about the whole situation:
“Can’t lie I think it’s weak how every week we see clips of Caitlin Clark taking cheap shots and her teammates are no where to be seen,” the NFL veteran tweeted.
Others hopped in Eluemunor’s mentions with their thoughts over the weekend.
“Zero enforcers on that team,” a user said.
“It is weird how her teammates are just letting it happen. In baseball, the next player is wearing a pitch, and then benches clear. In basketball, next time down the court is a very hard foul. Shouldn’t this be the answer here as well?” a fan asked.
“if i was her teammate i would have been suspended expeditiously,” another person replied.

Teams around the league are clearly trying to send a message to Clark — who came into the WNBA with unmatched fanfare.
Players are being very rough with the former Iowa superstar (which is fine) but it does beg the question where her teammates have been when she’s getting knocked to the floor game-in and game-out.
