The New York Giants completed their fourth practice of training camp on Sunday morning and the results were once again mixed.
Quarterback Daniel Jones appeared to struggle a bit on deep passes early on, underthrowing wide receiver Malik Nabers a time or two despite the rookie getting behind the defense. He was more accurate on underneath and mid-range throws, which is not exactly what Giants fans want to hear, but did finish practice strong.
It also didn’t help that nose tackle Dexter Lawrence was getting a big push up the middle, changing Jones’ arm angle.
One major positive was the return of rookie tight end Theo Johnson, who made his presence felt on the first play of the day. Meanwhile, right tackle Evan Neal, who is listed as “day-to-day,” was seen working off to the side.
Here’s a look at some of the sights and sounds from Sunday’s practice.
