While the Jets fill out their coaching staff, they’re also tweaking the front office:
Per source, Broncos scout Rob Paton is leaving to join Darren Mougey and become Jets’ co-director of player personnel. Rob has been with Broncos since 2017, 4 years before his uncle, George Paton, became Broncos GM. Mougey was Broncos asst GM until he became Jets GM 2 weeks ago.

This came after two announced departures:
With new leadership coming in, the Jets and Co-Director of Player Personnel Greg Nejmeh have mutually parted ways, sources tell @NFLonCBS. Nejmeh served 16 years within the organization in a variety of roles and will now seek opportunities with other teams.

The other departure was David Socie, who was promoted to director of football strategy last year but his primary role was contracts and salary cap management.
In addition, the Jets are said to be retaining Phil Savage as a front office consultant and have cut ties with strength and conditioning coach/get-back coach Mike Nicolini.
UPDATE:
The Jets are also bringing aboard one of the people who led the coach/GM search in a more official capacity:
Spielman: “Aaron Glenn and Darren Mougey are the final decision makers. I’m just there as their sounding board.” https://t.co/luddBo3PU6
