With both Jake Hanson and John Simpson leaving last week’s game due to injury this will raise questions about how long they will be out (along with questions about when the injured Alijah Vera-Tucker and Wes Schweitzer will return).
Cindric is an undrafted rookie who was with the Vikings in preseason but is yet to make his NFL debut. He was a team captain who started 34 games at Cal.
The 28-year old Bailey has been with several NFL teams but has only ever played four special teams snaps with the Chargers in 2022.
