The Jets have confirmed one move that leaked out overnight, plus a few others:
We have signed WR Isaiah Winstead, WR Brandon Smith, and CB Tre Swilling.
We have released TE Kevin Foelsch and WR Marcus Riley.

Smith is 6’2″ with a 39-inch vertical but has yet to make him NFL debut after going undrafted in 2021. He had 18 catches in the UFL this year and has 14 preseason catches. Smith spent two years on the Cowboys practice squad.
Swilling played in two games for the 49ers last year having gone undrafted in 2022. He’s 6’1″ and the son of former Saints hall of fame linebacker Pat Swilling.
The two undrafted rookies that were let go were yet to make any kind of impact at training camp.
