Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner has been doing himself plenty of favors with fans in New York recently.
Gardner, 24, said after the 2024 NFL season ended for his team that he wants to be “part of the solution.”
Then Gardner mentioned over Super Bowl weekend that he already made sure to head out to New York to meet with new head coach Aaron Glenn face-to-face. Gardner noted after doing that he was “super excited” moving forward with the Jets and Glenn.
In another positive for fans, Gardner took to his social media account on X/Twitter and replied to a post suggesting him and wide receiver Garrett Wilson should be part of the Jets’ “long-term plans.”
Gardner said he approves of that.
