The 2024 NFL season is shaping up to be a big one for New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
It’s going to be his 20th season in the league and Jets defensive lineman Quinnen Williams can’t believe it. He had a hilarious reaction when he heard about it on Wednesday.
“20 years? I didn’t know that. Aaron, 20 years in the NFL? Man,” Williams said. “Ain’t our running back No. 0 20 years old (Braelon Allen)? So he’s been in the NFL for as long as he’s been alive.”

This is just a nice way of saying that Rodgers is old now. He’ll enter the season at 40 years old and will be 41 by the time the season ends.
He’ll be trying to bring the Jets back to the playoffs after missing most of the 2023 season with a torn Achilles. He got hurt during the first quarterback of the Jets’ Week One game against the Buffalo Bills.
Now that he’s fully healthy, he’s determined to end the Jets’ near 15-year playoff drought.
